Apples and I spent from Wednesday to Sunday at Waterville in Ireland. We were guests of JP McManus and stayed at Waterville house. We played every day at Waterville, which is one of the Worlds best links courses. It was great preparation for the Open this week as we had all the wind shots and links bounces to get used to. Even though Waterville house has fantastic practice facilities we only spent the week playing holes and experiencing all the shots that Apples will need this week. JP then organised to fly us to Birkdale in his chopper.

Waterville Ireland
